With over 30 years of Executive Officer experience, president/owner Robert D. Parker leads the way with his vision and passion for success.  Robert D. Parker started in the Information Technology industry with a strong focus on leasing and finance.  After building several different lease companies, Parker Highlands Investments, Inc. started to branch out into several different capital investments in which have all turned profits in under a year.
